Book Week Prize Winners Announced
Congratulations to the winners of all our Book Week Competitions! Well done to the students and staff below for getting involved in Book Week activities last month by dressing up, testing out their literary knowledge, and hunting for Mystery Readers and Book Week characters around the school.

Congratulations also to 7D for winning the reward for Class Who Made the Most Effort, nominated by 7D’s English teacher Ms Dallinger. 7D visited the library this week and all students received a treat thanks to the group of students (and Ms Dallinger!) who dressed magnificently on Dress Up Day.
Holiday reading with Sora
The EDSC Library might be closed for the next two weeks, but students and staff can continue borrowing eBooks and audiobooks throughout the holidays with the Sora digital reading app.
The collection of titles in Sora is an extension of EDSC’s physical library. Students can borrow digital versions of new and classic fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, and manga on any device at any time.
Students have the option of downloading the Sora app to a tablet or smartphone, or they can access the Sora website on a laptop. They simply need to search for East Doncaster Secondary College and log in.
